This Summer. (eeek)

I stopped getting ghosted the day I stopped sounding like every other service provider.

Back then, I wanted clients to like me more than providing strategic work. So I said yes to everything , quick calls, extra edits, “whatever works best for you.”

My language sounded overly nice, a bit desperate, and painfully safe. The truth? Safe doesn’t sell📢

It doesn’t get remembered either. It was EXTREMELY boring.

The minute I started speaking like a leader, owning my perspective, giving my honest take, directing projects instead of waiting for approval literally everything changed.

The inquiries became aligned. The clients were respectful. The results were better.

Leadership shifted my business more than any rebrand ever could.

The last 12 months have been SUCH a pivotal time for me, haus, my mindset & my life overall 🥲💭

So much decision making, DOING, changing, pivoting, and I’m in such a gorgeous place right now where I absolutely love what I do, I set boundaries, clear standards, work with unreal clients, have the strongest mindset I’ve ever had (I’ll never stop working on this though)

If you’re in a place right now where you can’t see it getting better-keep going.

But also, DECIDE that it does.

Because your next level doesn’t happen by chance, It happens the moment you choose it.
